Purr-sistence Fund Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Purr-sistence Fund is a monthly donation program by GiluFunds, dedicated to
supporting cat rescue efforts, including TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), medical care, food,
and community initiatives. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Donation & Payment Terms

  • Donations are processed monthly on the date of your initial contribution.
  • Payments are securely processed through our designated payment provider.
  • You may choose from preset donation amounts ($1, $2, $5, $10, $20, or a custom
    amount).
  • All donations are final and non-refundable unless an error occurs during the
    transaction (see Refund Policy).
  • GiluFunds reserves the right to decline any donation at its discretion

3. Cancellation & Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify your monthly donation at any time via your account
    settings or by contacting us at [support email].
  • Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle; payments already
    processed cannot be refunded.

4. One-Time Donations

  • One-time donations are also accepted and non-refundable, except in the case of
    an error (see Refund Policy).

5. Use of Funds

  • Donations support FAN campaigns, including but not limited to TNR programs,
    veterinary care, shelter support, and rescue partnerships.
  • Funds are allocated based on priority needs to maximize impact.
  • Updates on fund allocations and project outcomes will be shared via Mews & Miracles.

6. Refund Policy

  • Donations are non-refundable unless there was an error in processing the
    transaction.
  • If you believe an error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please
    contact us within 14 days of the transaction at [[email protected]] to request a review.
  • Refunds are issued at GiluFunds’ discretion and will be processed back to the
    original payment method.

7. Tax Deduction Eligibility

  • GiluFunds is a registered nonprofit organization.
  • Donations may be tax-deductible based on your location and local tax laws.
  • Donors will receive a confirmation email after each donation and an annual tax receipt upon request.
